lyrics
The Camp
Now we’re alone
In this empty desert of our souls
Now we’re alone
Lost in a dirty island hole
All that I want
Is to see my daughter smile again
But now she’s so pale
In the bleaky corner of the tent
God is great but what’s his plan
To leave us here in misery?
I only want to save my child
No matter what they do to me
Does anyone remember us?
Is my anguish sacrifice?
Say, am I still strong enough?
Will anybody hear our cries?
There’s no way out
No hope, no sign and no relief
We’re all in hell
And in the end there’s only grief
God is great but what’s his plan
To leave us here in misery?
I only want to save my child
No matter what they do to me
Does anyone remember us?
Is my anguish sacrifice?
Say, am I still strong enough?
Will anybody hear our cries?
